Turn interest into memberships and repeat visits.

Gyms, studios, and wellness rooms. The agent responds to enquiries, qualifies the prospect, books a tour or a session, follows up, and brings members back — beside the calendar you already run.

More leads converted. More members retained.

Tours, sessions, memberships. Follow up while the floor is in class.

How it works

You are in session. The next slot still books.

Front desk takes the call. A later session cancels. Recovery fills that room.

  • Works with the calendar you already run
  • Voice, SMS, and web — one omnichannel inbox
  • Duration and returning clients

Not this. A new membership POS. A website chatbot. A tool you prompt between sessions.

Keep the calendar. Stay in the room. Agents cover the line you cannot leave to take.

Enquiries, tours, and sessions

Phone, SMS, and web. Qualifies the lead and books a tour or a session against who is actually free.

Built for fitness & wellness

Built around how this floor sells.

  1. 01

    Tours, classes, and 1:1s

A trial is not a membership consult. A 60 is not a 90. The agent books the thing they actually asked for.

  2. 02

    Same person next time

Rebooking puts the next visit with the same person before they leave.

  3. 03

    Covers you in session

When you cannot pick up, front desk answers and books — including after the last session.

  4. 04

    Sits beside your calendar

The book that owns rooms stays. Agents cover the unanswered line around it.

What we put in writing.

01

Your book stays yours

Square, Vagaro, Booksy, or the till you picked. We sit beside it. We do not touch checkout, payroll, or the calendar.

02

The person on the floor stays

Agents pick up the hours no one can staff: lunch, rush, after close. Most operators keep their person on the floor and route the overflow to the agents.

03

Built on your book, not a deck

The call runs on your hours, languages, and menu, not a pitch we give everyone. We talk numbers only when it is a fit, and say so on the call when it is not.

04

A live day before anyone is billed

We staff the five agents against a real day on your floor and watch it with you. If this is the wrong layer, we say so before you pay for anything.
