The AI receptionist for salons & spas.

Turn every enquiry into a booked appointment. The floor is in colour. The phone still rings. The agent answers, recommends the right service, books the person who is actually free, fills a cancellation, and puts the next visit on the book — beside Vagaro, Square, or the till you already run.

What does an AI receptionist do for salons & spas?

An AI receptionist for a salon answers the calls, texts and website chats your team can't reach while their hands are in foils or on a fill, then books the right service with the stylist or tech who is actually open. LLDTEK runs it beside Vagaro, Square, Booksy or Zenoti, so your book and checkout stay put. It also refills late cancellations, books the next visit and asks for one review.

Where bookings slip

Four moments the floor cannot cover. The agents can.

1

The call that lands mid-color

Your colorist is sectioning foils and the desk phone rings for the third time. The agent picks up, works out whether the caller wants a root touch-up, a cut, or both, and offers the hours that stylist has open. The visit goes straight into your book while the foils keep processing.

2

A combo needs a longer slot

Gel removal plus a new set, or color plus a cut, takes more chair time than either service alone. The agent books the combo at the duration your menu lists, so a 45-minute gap never gets a two-hour ticket. If the combo won't fit today, it offers the nearest hour that does.

3

New color clients who need a consult

Someone wants to go from box black to blonde, or asks whether a correction fits before close. The agent doesn't guess at a price or a duration. It books the consult or patch test your policy requires, notes what the client described, and leaves the quote to the colorist.

4

The empty chair after a late cancel

A brow client cancels an hour out and the lash and brow tech is suddenly free. Recovery texts waitlist clients who asked for that tech or that time of day, books the first one who says yes, and stops messaging everyone else once the slot is taken.

A day on the floor

A cancel at 3:30. The chair still fills.

A Saturday at a seven-chair hair and nail salon (composite, not a named customer)

  1. STEP 01

8:40 a.m. Before doors open, the agent has already answered four overnight texts and booked two of them, including a balayage with Rosa that needed her longer Saturday slot.

  2. STEP 02

10:15 a.m. Rosa is mid-foil when a caller asks about fixing a home color job. The agent books a short consult for Tuesday instead of guessing at a color slot today.

  3. STEP 03

12:30 p.m. A walk-in asks for a gel manicure. Live floor shows Mai finishing a pedicure in ten minutes, so the desk seats the walk-in with her rather than turning them away.

  4. STEP 04

2:05 p.m. A 3:00 men's cut with Dev cancels by text. Recovery messages two waitlist clients who asked for Dev on Saturday afternoons, and the first reply takes the chair.

  5. STEP 05

5:50 p.m. A regular is unhappy with her toner and wants it fixed today. The agent stops, flags the thread for the manager, and holds off on sending her a review request.

Built for salons & beauty

Voice, chat, and booking, the way your floor runs.

Books live availability

The agent books the tech who is actually free — combos, walk-ins, and after hours — not the first name on the screen.

Works in the languages you run

Answers the line in the language the caller used. Asks for the review once, in that language too.

Recovers cancelled slots

When a chair opens, recovery texts the waitlist and walk-ins so the hour still books.

Sits beside your POS

Vagaro, Square, Booksy, or the till you already use. Checkout stays. The agents cover the line around it.

Works beside your system

Keep the book you run. Nothing is migrated.

Questions

What salons & beauty owners ask us.

Ask yours on a demo
Do deposits and no-show fees still run through my booking system?

Yes. Your deposit rules, card-on-file requirements and cancellation fees stay in Vagaro, Square, Booksy or whichever system you already use. The agent books into that system, so a phone booking follows the same policy as an online one. It can explain the policy to a caller using the wording you give it during setup.

How does it handle color clients who need a consult or patch test first?

You decide which services need a consult, a patch test or a stylist's sign-off before they can be booked. When a caller asks for one of those, the agent books the consult step instead of the full service and passes along what the client said about their hair. The colorist then sets the final service and time.

We have booth renters and commission stylists. Does that cause problems?

The agent only books into the calendars connected to it, so you choose who it covers. Commission stylists on your main book can be included like anyone else. Booth renters who keep a separate book can stay out, or you can talk through adding them during setup. Pay splits and commission stay in your POS.

Can it tell callers whether we can take a walk-in?

Yes. When someone calls or texts asking to come in now, the agent checks who is free on the floor at that moment and says whether a walk-in is realistic. If nobody opens up soon, it offers the next bookable time instead. People who arrive at the door are still greeted by your team.

Will it move my regulars to whoever happens to be free?

No. Front desk and rebooking keep a regular with the stylist or tech they usually see. If that person has nothing open, the agent offers their next available times first and asks before suggesting anyone else. A client only moves to a different stylist after they say yes to it.

What happens if the agent gets something wrong?

Before you're billed there's a live day where your team watches real calls and bookings and corrects anything that's off, such as a service length or a stylist's hours. After launch, anything the agent can't confirm goes to a person, along with complaints, VIPs and off-menu requests. Corrections go into your rules so the same mistake doesn't repeat.
